I've been buying at least a couple of tool boxes or bags every year for the past thirty or so. I usually retire one for the next when it gets too heavy with tools and supplies. HA! I service electronic church organs for a living and I love tool bags with shoulder straps because they free up my hands for carrying other equipment and repair parts. The difficulty I have with every tool bag I've ever owned is that the tool pockets are sized for the larger hand tools of electricians and other tradesmen who seldom, if ever, need to work on circuit boards or other types of precision electronic and mechanical equipment. What this means is that most of my small hand tools and specialty tools get lost in the deep pockets of these otherwise excellent and durable tool bags. I'd give it five stars, if not for this one gripe. I have a large range of tools from small to large and this bag works! Having a water proof bottom is a must and a Nice sholder strap to boot. I recommend you try it. I love it, but it is too heavy to move easily through the tight spaces that I work. I decided to break my tools into two bags. The stuff I use pretty much everyday and the stuff I don't use often. So I bought two LC's. These bags are the best I have ever found. The advantages over others are: It'll stand on its own. So no need to find a place to hang and it doesn't collect dirt like the tool belt style bags. It zips closed so in the truck if it tips over it doesn't puke all the tools like the bucket boss style. It fits close to the hip when using the shoulder strap. I can climb ladders with cages and my tools don't get hooked like the tool belt style. I can actually fit which doesn't happen with the bucket boss style. There is one complaint that I have. I wish it had a seperate compartment to hold a voltmeter.
