She did some research for me and I was able to order a replacement piece, instead of having them send a whole new Jewelry box. I have given this 5 stars, as I am rating the Jewelry Armoire only. It is gorgeous, well made and worth every penny. It is quite large, and looks like a beautiful piece of furniture. Would I order it again, absolutely.
