Moreover, it's difficult for us to imagine how another consumer's experience would be any different. Before you purchase, know this, as of 21 December 2009:1. Battery Life - according to the manufacturer's own technical support staff (whose contact information was very difficult to find) the user can "NEVER overcharge the battery or allow it to drain completely, else the battery CANNOT BE REVIVED." We used our unit just a few times before it stopped working and we suspect this is the reason. Unfortunately, without a built-in gauge or meter to monitor the charge, it's nearly impossible to comply with those instructions. Eventually, you will overcharge or discharge the battery. 2. 90 Day Warranty - if you feel that you cannot live without this product, then take our advise and get an extended warranty if at all possible. 3.
